A Gong Bath™ is a powerful yet gentle sound healing/awakening experience. During the session one can use the power of the Paiste Planetary Earth Gong to heal and awaken wanted and unwanted energy from one's mind, body, and spirit. Through this sound healing one can experience deep relaxation, bliss, and clarity. In addition, feelings of stress, anger, and fear may be felt during the ritual. Using your intention, breath, and the vibration of the gong, one can enhance the wanted feelings and release/transmute what is unwanted.
